UPDATE: This North Beacon Hill house has only been on the market for 40 days now, and the price keeps getting lower. To me, it seems like this bank is VERY MOTIVATED to get this house sold and may be willing to accept a much lower offer. At $189,900, there’s isn’t much else on the market that isn’t a short sale.
