I don’t like making people register for things if they don’t want to. So, I’ll let you search all you like without providing any contact info at all. However if you do want to register, it will make your life easier down the road because you’ll get a bunch of perks like:

Every one of your searches will automatically be saved

That saved search (or multiple searches) can automatically update you by email either daily or weekly (or not at all – you choose) with new listings, price drops, or property status changes (is it still for sale or already sold?)

Or you can subscribe to an RSS feed for any or all of your searches

Or if you have a particular property in mind, you can receive email or RSS updates of the changes to that particular property by setting a search up using its MLS number

You can also add any property in your search as a favorite. That way you can keep track of your favorites easier

You can even take notes on specific properties so you remember what you thought about it (good if you want to share your thoughts with someone else)
