I shouldn’t know or care anything about feelings and emotions, right? You can ask my wife, I’m usually not the go-to-guy when it comes to feeling emotional. But when it comes to buying or selling a house, I get the emotions. I completely understand them. They’ve come to the surface so often for my past clients during the buying process over the years that I know to expect them and how to help you handle them.

Look, you’re making a huge financial decision, one of the biggest in your lifetime. It can be scary – I get it. Buying a house can be a stressful process, and at some point your “fight or flight” response will show its ugly head. That’s okay. That’s why I’m here. It’s my job to help remind you of your reasons and goals for buying this house.

Heck, each time I’ve bought a house, my wife has had to be there for me to remind me why I’m doing this. Everyone gets this way, so don’t worry about it. I’ll be there for you throughout the entire process.

If you’ve got any real estate questions, just ask me. Click here to quickly and easily ask me anything: http://www.dealsinseattle.com/ask-the-agent/

Is this “Ask the Agent” video question, you will learn what a duplex (and a Tri-Plex & Four-plex) is, what financing options are best, how I bought my first rental (a duplex) and made it cashflow, and how you can do the same thing. If this sounds like an idea that you might want to explore yourself, contact me. I’d love to share with you how I did it, and how I can help you do it too. I 100% believe that having a rental is the best way to provide retirement income for you when the time comes. The thing is, you need to plan for it. I can help you do that. I’ll leave you with one of my favorite quotes:

“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”

My advice to you, don’t fail to plan. Give me a call today. I’m here to help!
