It&#8217;s about 610sqft big, and it actually does have a bedroom in it (it&#8217;s not a studio). Now, you might be thinking to yourself, &#8220;610sqft! That&#8217;s nothing?&#8221; Wrong. 610sqft doesn&#8217;t mean the same thing it used to. Think about it. Back in the day, your tv had a big tube sticking out the back, and you needed to put it in an entertainment center, or at least on a table to hold it up. Your entertainment center would take up an entire wall, or at a minimum a large corner of the room. Today you just hang your flat screen on the wall like a picture, leaving more open space for seating and other furniture. In this same vein, think back to your old cd player (or even tape or record player), and how big your stereo and speakers used to be. That had to go somewhere and sit on some sort of furniture item too. Today it&#8217;s all on your phone or on your ipod. All you do is either play the music right off your phone, or dock it into your docking station with built in speakers (which takes up less room than an old land line telephone). Speaking of a land line telephone, who has on of those anymore? Now that most people only carry around their cell phone, no one has the need to have a land line phone sitting around, taking up counter or table space. All of this &#8220;stuff&#8221; that used to take up so much space has shrunk, and because of this people don&#8217;t need as much living space to hold all of that &#8220;stuff&#8221; anymore. 610sqft today is larger than what 610sqft was just 5 years ago. It&#8217;s weird to say that, but I hope you understand the point I&#8217;m getting across.</p>
<h3>How much do you pay in rent each month?</h3>
<p>Could you live here for less than your current rent? Do you think your landlord would guarantee that he won&#8217;t increase your rent at all if you promised to live there for 30 years? No? But what if you made every payment on time each month, and took care of the place? Still a no? Well, if you bought this condo today you could have it paid off in 30 years by paying just $600/month. What do you think this place could rent for in 30 years? Do you think rents will go up or down between now and then? Even if they stayed the same (they won&#8217;t), wouldn&#8217;t it be nice to have $600 (or more) coming into your pocket each and every month once it&#8217;s paid off? What could you do with and extra $600 each month?</p>
