Who am I? My name is Christian Nossum. I am a real estate agent, real estate investor, and born and raised Seattle native. I have been involved in real estate since 2002, and a full time agent since January of 2005. Not to brag, but you should know. I own multiple properties in Seattle, and I bought these properties using the same techniques I use to find the deals posted o www.DealsInSeattle.com. Stick around, come back often, and see if there are any bargains that fit your budget and your plan (don’t have a plan – then you plan to fail. I can help you create a plan – just ask me). These deals include foreclosures, bank owned homes, under-priced homes, homes that haven’t hit the market yet (and no one else knows about), move in ready homes, fixers, and anything else that I think is a deal. The thing is, I won’t always spoon feed you these deals. You are gonna have to think a little to figure a deal out (do you really want to be spoon fed information when you’re planning on spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, or would you rather come up with answers on your own?).

So what is a real estate “deal”? A real estate “deal” is a piece of property that, for some reason, has more value than what it costs. How do I find them? Well, I spend hours and hours each day probing through thousands of listings that are on the market, as well as deals that aren’t on the market (that no one else knows about), only to find the best real estate deals.

How do I do it? Does it really matter how I do it? I work harder than the majority of real estate agents out there. That’s why I have been successful. Not only am I a full time, round the clock real estate agent, I am also a real estate investor myself. I see things differently than most agents out there. Because of this, I’m sure that you understand that I can’t give away all of the hard work, time, and effort that I put in to finding these deals everyday. I can’t just give this information away for free (otherwise all of the other agents and buyers out there would take these deals for themselves). If you want to work with me and have access to all of the best real estate deals in Seattle, you must agree to all of these simple rules:

  • The catch to all of this is, I have to agree to work with you, and you have to agree to work with me.
  • We must meet face to face. If we both feel that we can work well together, you must agree to work solely with me as your real estate agent by signing a Buyers Agency Agreement stating that you will not share this information with anyone else (since that would really suck if I spent hours helping you and showing you deals only to have you use another agent or going off on your own)
  • When we meet, we can create a real estate plan together that is individualized to fit you and your real estate goals
  • We will also start to go over the current deals I have and see if any of them are a good fit for you
  • Now, I don’t always give out the exact address of the real estate deals I find to everyone. That’s why you don’t always see the address or many other property specific details on this site.
  • I realize that the way I operate will not work for everyone, and that’s fine by me. If you want a really good real estate deal and you’re a fit for my program – GREAT! Start getting excited about your next real estate purchase, because it’s going to be a deal! But if you want a really good Seattle real estate deal and you’re not willing to follow my rules, please move on because I have a line of people willing to follow the rules and I don’t have time to waste on you.
